If you are buying or selling a condemed house that needs a code compliance inspection, you need the following form:

Forms for Licensed Tradespeople (Safety Check forms)

• Electrical Safety Check Form. Revised 10/02.
  This is the preferred form for all required electrical safety checks.
• Non-space Heating (gas fitting) Safety Check Form. Revised 10/02.
  This is the preferred form for all required non-space heating gas fitting safety checks.
• HVAC Safety Check Form. Revised 9/02.
  This is the preferred form for all required HVAC safety checks.
