For a Truth-in-Housing Evaluation, you need to hire an evaluator licensed by the City of Minneapolis.

PLEASE NOTE: The City of Minneapolis does not employ Evaluators; they are private contractors and set their own prices.
An evaluation is required before you put your house on the market. Evaluators provide you with a report explaining what (if any) repairs need to be made. If none of your required repairs need a permit, you will also use this evaluator to come back and approve your repairs when they are complete.
