Welcome To The Third Ward!

The Third Ward consists of nine different unique neighborhoods located in North, Northeast and Southeast Minneapolis. They are Beltrami, Bottineau, Hawthorne, Marcy-Holmes, McKinley, Nicollet Island/East Bank, St. Anthony East, St. Anthony West, and Sheridan.

There are many distinguishing features that set the Third Ward apart from others in our great City. We have historical landmarks, many parks, a thriving arts community, and great schools. Please take a look at the links below to learn more about the Third Ward and what makes us unique.

Third Ward Neighborhoodfest / Summit

The eighth annual Neighborhoodfest / Summit will be held on September 22nd, 2010 at the Nicollet Island Pavilion from 5 to 9 pm! Last year, over 750 Third Ward residents and guests attended the Summit for the informational booths, food, and entertainment. This year’s topic is making connections with neighborhood retailers to boost our local economy. Please check out the flyers below and help us distribute them!
