1. Land Sale: 2510 Penn Ave N (Staff: Tom Leighton)
This empty lot is proposed to be sold to the property owner to the south to restore a formerly split lot to a more standard size and shape.
Recommended Action: Approve the staff report – the item is consistent with The Minneapolis Plan.

1. CorePower Yoga (BZZ-4668, Ward: 10), 2938 Emerson Ave S (Hilary Dvorak).
A. Conditional Use Permit: Application by CorePower Yoga has submitted a conditional use permit for a major sports and health facility located at 2938 Emerson Ave S. The use already exists in the building but is proposing to expand its operation.
Recommended Motion: The Community Planning and Economic Development Department - Planning Division recommends that the City Planning Commission adopt the findings and approve the conditional use permit for a major sports and health facility located at 2930 Emerson Ave S subject to the following condition:
2. 2908 16th Ave S (BZZ-4595, Ward: 9), 2908 16th Ave S (Jim Voll).
A. Rezoning: Application by IB Property Holdings, LLC for a rezoning from R2B Two-family Residential District to the R3 Multiple-family Residential District to allow a 4-unit building in the existing structure at 2908 – 16th Ave S.
Recommended Motion: The Community Planning and Economic Development Department - Planning Division recommends that the City Planning Commission and City Council adopt the findings and approve the rezoning from the R2B Two-family District to the R3 Multiple-family District for property located at 2908 - 16th Ave S.
B. Variance: Application by IB Property Holdings, LLC for a variance to allow parking within 6 feet of a residential structure for property located at 2908 – 16th Ave S.
Recommended Motion: The Community Planning and Economic Development Department - Planning Division recommends that the City Planning Commission adopt the findings and approve the variance to allow parking with six feet of a residential structure for property located at 2908 – 16th Ave S, subject to the following condition:
3. Zoning Code Text Amendment (Ward: All), (Jason Wittenberg).
A. Text Amendment: Amending Title 20, Chapter 525 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to the Zoning Code: Administration and Enforcement.
The purpose of the amendment is to adjust the compensation of City Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment members, consistent with the adopted 2010 budget.
Recommended Motion: The Community Planning and Economic Development Planning Division recommends that the City Planning Commission and City Council adopt the findings and approve the zoning code text amendment.
