- Minneapolis Development Review (Room 300) – Zoning, plan review, and preservation services are available 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday; and on Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Customers requiring zoning, plan review, or preservation (HPC) services must sign-in by 3:30 p.m.
