Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance

Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance provides closing costs and reduces the amount of your first mortgage. Eligible homebuyers have access to down payment and closing cost loan programs offered by the City of Minneapolis. Additional eligibility requirements may apply.
