All applicants undergo a comprehensive vocational assessment and are provided with career counseling including guidance about labor market information. Services also include the development of an individual employment plan that will result in the completion of an industry-recognized job-skills training in an occupation in demand. Potential candidates must be prepared to work full-time in their chosen occupation once training is completed and successful candidates must be able to demonstrate a reasonable expectation that their education plan will be successful.
