Minneapolis Employment and Training (MET) help Minneapolis residents find and keep jobs.

MET programs include services for:

  • Low-income adults
  • Laid-off workers
  • Youth

Our community-based partners and providers serve Minneapolis job seekers and businesses. We select our partners and providers based on their ability to best serve target groups. They are able to place people in employment and support their retention.

MET is the administrative team to the Minneapolis Workforce Development Board (MWDB). Read more about MWDB.
