Teen Pregnancy Prevention in Minneapolis: Decreasing Barriers to Contraceptives in School Based Clinics
This report evaluated the effectiveness of direct distribution of contraceptives in Minneapolis School Based Clinics compared to a prior voucher system. Results indicate the change from vouchers to direct distribution resulted in an increase in receipt of contraceptive when requested by sexually active adolescents and no increase in the amount of demand for contraceptives.
