2012 Constitutional Amenment Ballot Questions

The November 6, 2012 ballot includes two ballot questions. For Minneapolis voters, these questions are in the front of the ballot in the middle column. The title, instructions and questions are below:

Failure to vote on a constitutional
amendment will have the same effect as
voting no on the amendment.
To vote for a proposed constitutional
amendment, fill in the oval next to the
word "YES" on that question. To vote
against a proposed constitutional
amendment, fill in the oval next to the word "NO" on that question.

The City of Minneapolis policy is to provide language support for any need that reaches a need of 5% of the population, or 1,000 individuals, whichever is greater. As a commitment to customer service, Minneapolis Elections provides support for the most commonly used languages even though not legally mandated.
