Tilsenbilt Homes Potential Historic District

Following community outreach conducted in 2015 about how to recognize and honor the history of the Tilsenbilt Homes, one of the first FHA-backed integrated housing developments in the nation, many of the homes were nominated as a historic district. CPED has completed a draft designation study and design guidelines for the potential historic district. This draft is now available for public review and comment.
