You are able to reset your own HRIS password. To use the password reset functionality, you must setup a security question and response in HRIS. This will be used in the event you forget your password. When needed, you will activate the password reset from the HRIS sign-in page, answer your security question, and receive a temporary password through email. Once logged in, you will be prompted to change your temporary password.

Update Your Personal Information in HRIS
It is important for the City to maintain an accurate, up-to-date count of city employees based on ethnicity, gender and disability. We have an immediate need to ensure this data is accurate because it must be provided to the U.S. Department of Justice before federal grant dollars are dispersed to the City of Minneapolis.
