Minneapolis 311 Poster
City ordinance requires that landlords post the 311 poster in a common area of each building, or if there is not a common area to post it, within each rental unit. Not posting the poster could result in a $200 fine.

South Minneapolis Arsenic Contamination Zone Notification
If you own rental property in a zone that has now been declared the South Minneapolis Arsenic Contamination Zone (pdf), you are required to notify tenants of the arsenic contamination.
