Director, Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
The City of Minneapolis is accepting cover letters and resumes for the position of Director, Human Resource Information System (HRIS) thru September 10, 2010. This full-time appointed position is within the Human Resources department. The HRIS Director reports to the Director of Human Resources and is responsible for directing and coordinating the administration of HRIS Enterprise System (client server), a component of the City’s ERP system. The HRIS system supports all City of Minneapolis departments, independent boards and agencies. The HRIS software supports Human Resources, Benefit Administration, Time & Labor, North American Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Flexible Spending Accounts, six Self Service modules, Enterprise Learning Management and interfaces with Finance and Police Scheduling.
