Director - 311

The City of Minneapolis has an opening for the Director of 311. This position is dedicated to leading, directing, managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations and strategic planning activities of the City’s 311 Contact Center. As the Director, you will supervise and monitor the overall work performance of the department. You will ensure that personnel and resources are efficiently and effectively deployed to achieve expected contact center levels of service and quality. You will identify ways to improve business processes and leverage available technologies. You will develop departmental policies and procedures, City Ordinances, etc. for customers, the public and others. You will review investigations of complaints on service delivery and consider investigative recommendations and follow up with optimal performance improvement efforts. You will formulate long-range plans and policies based on customer service delivery expectations and operational trends. Guest Services Ambassador -- Temporary/Permit -- Minneapolis Convention Center

The Minneapolis Convention Center has multiple openings for temporary Guest Services Ambassador positions. The Guest Services Ambassador is a customer service position responsible for greeting and also checking coats/luggage for the guests and visitors of the Convention Center, communicating effectively to direct the flow of traffic, and assisting guests with questions regarding the Convention Center and the City of Minneapolis. Applicants need to be friendly and approachable.

Municipal Building Commission -- Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

Director - Complaint Investigations (Civil Rights)  

The City of Minneapolis has an opening for a Director of Complaint Investigations. This position is dedicated to providing leadership to the Complaint Investigation Division where the mission is to enforce the Minneapolis Civil Rights Ordinance (MCRO) and to promote understanding of civil rights among residents, businesses, and government.
