Business Services Manager -- Minneapolis Convention Center
The Business Services Manager (an appointed position) provides management, including support to directors, managers and employees, in the program areas of finance and human resources; and works with City departments to support City processes. Under the general supervision of the Business Administration Director, this position serves as a member of the Convention Center's management team and as a resource to employees and management, participates in the formulation and administration of human resources policies and programs, manages budgets and supervises office support staff. This position requires a high degree of customer service.
Requires a BA/BS in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources or related field, and three (3) years of experience working in a public sector Business Office as a Training Coordinator, Business Analyst or Human Resources Manager, which has included development of employee training, mentoring programs, financial plans and organizational development. Salary range: $70,381-$77,789 per year.
