To request Veteran's Preference, applicants must submit a completed Veteran's Preference Form, a DD-214 showing type of separation, and all other required documents in relation to veteran status (i.e., disabled veteran, spouse of disabled or deceased veteran). Documents must be attached to the online application, faxed to 612-673-2508, or e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. To receive Veteran's Preference points, documents must be received no later than the stated application deadline.
