License Fees: Attached is the 2019 list of staff recommended License Fees.  A public hearing is scheduled on July 24, 2018 at the Economic Development & Regulatory Services Committee.  A printable copy of the proposed 2019 License Fees (pdf) is also available. 
July 10, 2018
Innovative and Emerging Small Business Pilot Program Ordinance Amendment:  A public hearing is scheduled on July 10, 2018 requesting a new chapter, Innovative and Emerging Small Business Pilot Program.  If approved, small businesses may apply for a permit to operate while the city considers if and how to amend policies and ordinances for licensure.  

New License Required

Short-Term Rental Hosting Platform Application is required for internet sites which advertise rental dwelling units for property owners and collect a fee for booking services. 

A Rental
License or Registration is required if a dwelling unit (room, full or partial house/apartment), is rented for periods of 30 days or less.
