Pet Licenses

You can now apply for your new or renewal pet license at the Minneapolis Development Review Service Center as well as at the Minneapolis Animal Shelter. Just bring in a completed Pet License Application or obtain one at the service center.

The Minneapolis Development Review Service Center is located in the Public Service Center, 250 South 4th Street, Minneapolis, MN. Service Center hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Thursday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Free parking is available in the surface parking lot on 3rd Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues.

Off leash dog park permits are not available at the Service Center or through online pet licensing but can be obtained through the Park and Recreation Board.
