Passage of Resolution approving the sale of the property at 2115 Bryant Ave N (Disposition Parcel No. TF-869) to Reliable Property Maint. & Home SRV. LLC for $10,000, subject to conditions.

Action Taken:  Approved.

2.    Land sale: 2101 Emerson Ave N to A.Vision LLC (16-00921)

Passage of Resolution approving the sale of the property at 2101 Emerson Ave N (Disposition Parcel No. TF-909) to A.Vision LLC for $10,000, subject to conditions.

Action Taken: Approved.

3.    Land sale: 1816 Queen Ave N, to PRG, Inc (16-00922)

Passage of Resolution approving the sale of the property at 1816 Queen Ave N (Disposition Parcel No. TF-910) to , to PRG, Inc for $48,000, subject to conditions.

Action Taken: Approved.

4.    Land sale: 3515 Girard Ave N to SP Homes LLC (16-00923)

Passage of Resolution approving the sale of the property at 3515 Girard Ave N (Disposition Parcel No. TF-882) to SP Homes LLC for $20,000, subject to conditions.

Approving application for an Extended Hours License (new license).

Approving application for an Extended Hours License (new license).

Action Taken: Approved.

9.    Business Made Simple: Committee review requirements for alcohol license applications ordinance (16-00868)

Passage of Ordinance amending Title 14 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Liquor and Beer, amending provisions related to the requirement in the following chapters that applications for new alcohol licenses must be submitted twice to the appropriate committee of the city council:

1.    Chapter 360 In General.

2.    Chapter 362 Liquor Licenses.

3.    Chapter 363 Wine Licenses.

4.    Chapter 366 Liquor Regulations.

10.  Door-closing devices and licensing standards ordinance (16-00774)

Passage of Ordinance amending Title 12, Chapter 244 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to Housing: Maintenance Code, updating sections related to door-closing devices and licensing standards to reflect current code and charter references.

Action Taken: Approved.

Action Taken: Approved.

16.  Travel expense donation acceptance for City staff participation in the Equitable Development Fellowship (16-00929)

Passage of Resolution accepting donation from National League of Cities in an amount up to $15,000 to cover travel expenses for City staff to participate in the Equitable Economic Development Fellowship (Refer to WM).

Action Taken: Approved and referred to WM.

17.  Electronic service of violation notices and orders ordinance (16-00824)

Setting a public hearing for July 26, 2016, on the subject matter of an ordinance amending Title 1, Chapter 1 of the Minneapolis Code of Ordinances relating to General Provisions: In General, authorizing electronic service of violation notices and orders.

Action Taken: Approved.
