1.    Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) energy financing for 3800 Nicollet Ave S (16-01371)

Passage of Resolution adopting the assessment, levying the assessment and adopting the assessment role for Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) charges for the property at 3800 Nicollet Ave S, set forth in Levy No. 19357. 

Action Taken:  Approved.

Approving application of Robbin 77, Inc. for an On Sale Liquor with Sunday Sales, Class E License (new proprietor).

Action Taken:  Approved.

3.    Cooks of Crocus Hill: 208 N 1st St (16-01364)

Approving application of Cooks of Crocus Hill, LLC for an On Sale Liquor with Sunday Sales, Class E License (new business).

Action Taken:  Approved.

4.    Mercury Dining Room & Shindig Events Center: 505 S Marquette Ave (16-01364)

Approving application of Mercury Dining Room and Rail, LLC for an On Sale Liquor with Sunday Sales, Class B License (new proprietor).

Action Taken:  Approved.

5.    Red’s Savoy Pizza: 2329 Hennepin Ave (16-01364)

Approving application of Savoy MPLS, LLC for an On Sale Wine with Strong Beer, Class E, Sidewalk Café, and Late Night Food Licenses (new proprietor).

Action Taken:  Approved subject to conditions.

6.    Restaurant Alma: 528 University Ave SE (16-01364)

Approving application of Alma Tierra, Inc. for an On Sale Liquor with Sunday Sales, Class E License (license upgrade and expansion of premises).

Action Taken:  Approved.

7.    Licenses & Consumer Services agenda for Oct. 11, 2016 (16-01364)

Granting business licenses recommended for approval in the Licenses & Consumer Services Agenda for Oct. 11, 2016. 

New liquor, wine and beer establishment owners or licenses, and permanent expansions or upgrades to existing licenses detailed as follows:  

1.    Jun, 730 Washington Ave N (new proprietor).

2.    Mona Restaurant and Bar, 333 7th St S (new proprietor).

Action Taken:  Approved as amended.

8.    Kwans Chinese Cuisine on Penn operating conditions: 5412 Penn Ave (16-01365)

Adopting the Business License Operating Conditions Agreement negotiated between the City of Minneapolis and Kwans Chinese Cuisine on Penn, 5412 Penn Ave, allowing the licensee to retain the On Sale Wine with Strong Beer License, subject to adherence with the conditions contained therein.

Action Taken:  Approved.

9.    Rental Dwelling License Conditions and Stipulated Agreement:  1717-1719 26th Ave N, owner James Baron (16-01366)

Adopting the Rental License Conditions and Stipulated Agreement negotiated between the City of Minneapolis and James Barron, allowing the licensee to retain the Rental Dwelling License for property at 1717-1719 26th Ave N, subject to adherence with the conditions contained therein.

Passage of Resolution authorizing execution of amendments to revenue bond documents for Fairview Health Services Series 2008 project.

Action Taken:  Approved.

12.  2015 Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) capital recommendations (16-01369)

Approving the reallocation of up to $98,563 in 2015 Emergency Solutions Grant funds for The Bridge for Youth ($71,463) and First Covenant Church ($27,100).

Action Taken:  Approved.

13.  Amendment to Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) energy financing resolution for Forteva Investments: 1830 E 35th St (16-01370)

Passage of Resolution amending Resolution No. 2016R-321 entitled “Adopting the assessments, levying the assessments and adopting the assessment roll for Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) charges for the property located at 1830 E 35th St as set forth in Levy No. 19356,” passed Aug. 5 2016, reducing the assessment from $35,000 to $26,500. 

Action Taken:  Approved.
