Proposed Charter amendment: Use of premiums received in a bond sale

1.    Receiving and filing the transmittal letter from the Charter Commission relating to a proposed Charter amendment for the use of premiums received in a bond sale.

2.    Motion by Glidden to introduce the subject matter of an ordinance amending Article IX, Section 9.4 of the Minneapolis City Charter relating to Finance: Debt, for first reading and referral to the Committee of the Whole Committee for a public hearing to be held Jan. 11, 2017. (Unanimous consent required)

3.    Directing the City Clerk to publish notice of the public hearing to be conducted by the Committee of the Whole at its regular meeting on Jan. 11, 2017.
