A new planned unit development with 203 residential units and approximately 3,500 square feet of retail.
New 5-story, mixed-use building with 108 dwelling units and three live/work or commercial ground-level spaces.
5. 407 15th Ave SE
Preliminary review of a new mixed-use tower with approximately 350 to 370 dwelling units and ground floor commercial.
6. Calhoun Towers – 3430 List Place
Revised tower proposal with 736 dwelling units and 760 parking stalls.
