Operations Committee
The objectives of the Operations Committee are: 1) to develop internal operating procedures that ensure the Workplace Advisory Committee functions efficiently and effectively; 2) to review and update these operating procedures as necessary; and, 3) periodically review Workplace Advisory Committee guiding principles and update as necessary
 
Communications and Engagement Committee
The objectives of the Communications and Engagement Committee are: 1) to maintain an effective communication strategy that ensures the consistent and accurate sharing of information between the Workplace Advisory Committee and its stakeholders; and 2) to create a forum in which to engage and foster collaborative dialogue between the business community, the worker community, and the City of Minneapolis.
 
Policy and Procedure Committee
The objectives of the Policy and Procedure Committee are: 1) to facilitate the research and study of new and existing City policies and procedures as they relate to creating fair and safe workplaces for all; 2) to identify areas of concern or opportunities for improvement regarding City workplace policies and procedures; and 3) to bring forward to the Workplace Advisory Committee recommendations to City leadership for future workplace policy initiatives.
To achieve these objectives, the Policy and Procedure Committee may:
•    accept assignments from the Workplace Advisory Committee
•    liaise with staff of the Minneapolis Civil Rights Department to identify any department resources available to assist in the subcommittee's work
•    request ad-hoc committees to pursue areas of research and study as needed

1. City Attorney, $186,490
2. Assistant City Coordinator Convention Center, $183,600
3. Director Public Works, $181,191
