Neighborhood and Community Relations (NCR)

NCR is part of the broader City Coordinator department and will both serve residents directly and support all other City departments with enterprise guidance in the realm of strong neighborhood and community relationships.

NCR is charged with strengthening our City’s quality of life through vigorous community participation, resident involvement in neighborhood and community organizations, and supporting clearly defined links between the City, City services and neighborhood and community organizations.

The Neighborhood and Community Relations Department has moved

The NCR Department has moved to a temporary office location in the Public Service Center, Room 110 (250 South 4th Street). In early 2013, NCR will move to a permanent office location in the Crown Roller Mill Building, Room 450 (105 5th Avenue South). All phone numbers and emails for staff will remain the same.

2013 Audit and Financial Reviews

The Neighborhood and Community Relations (NCR) Department is arranging assistance for neighborhood organizations with audits, financial reviews, and year-end filings in accordance with the NRP Audit Policy. In an effort to be more transparent with audits, financial reviews, and year-end filings, the NCR department is notifying all neighborhoods of the assistance that is available and the 2013 Audit, Limited Financial Review and Agreed Upon Procedures schedules.
