Minneapolis Saint Paul one of the best communities for staying young

The Minneapolis Saint Paul metro area is one of the best communities in the country for staying young, according to a new report.

The RealAge 2012 Youngest & Oldest Cities in America report ranks the Minneapolis Saint Paul metro area fourth among the top 50 metro areas in the U.S. for staying young. Minneapolis Saint Paul residents were recognized for eating lots of whole grains which helps lower blood pressure, having low stress levels, and getting the right amount of sleep.

To determine the youngest and oldest cities, Real Age – a website devoted to healthy living – analyzed data from its RealAge Test that looks at factors such as cholesterol levels, smoking, marital status, eating habits, stress, employment, social life, and alcohol use to determine your "real age."

San Francisco was the best city in the country for staying young, according to this report.
