Program manager Anna Peterson nominated Bryce for continually going above and beyond in his work with the Community Planning and Economic Development Department:

“Bryce Edmond has been working with our department for about a year on various projects to improve our database functionality. Recently he and his team have been creating online forms for us so our agencies and interns can submit information directly to the database, saving us time and money by eliminating data entry.

“One of the latest projects had some glitches, and Bryce has remained professional, responsive and helpful. He is always focused on fixing problems and coming up with smart solutions. He won’t stop generating new effective solutions and ideas until he knows that both our department and the IT team are satisfied. He continues to go above and beyond until the problems are resolved and then proactively thinks about solutions that will enhance functionality in the future. He regularly thinks of things before we think to ask and adds helpful functionality based on his knowledge.

“Bryce’s work motivates us all to compromise, find new solutions and communicate between departments effectively.”
