New IMAC process to come soon
Beginning Monday, May 18, a system upgrade will change the way you submit and approve IMACs.
IMAC is the system used at the City to:
- Request installation of approved software.
- Move computers.
- Add hardware.
- Move, add or change phone extensions.
- Make other technology changes to your City workstation.
The IMAC system will be unavailable during the upgrade Saturday, May 16-Sunday, May 17.
