Employee CSA pilot is a go; still time to sign up

Enough employees signed up for a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) pilot this year, so the CSAs will begin dropping off fresh produce at the Public Service Center beginning next month.

CSA farms deliver locally grown produce to their members regularly during the growing season. The CSA farms in this employee pilot have agreed to weekly or biweekly deliveries of produce:

Tuesdays at the Public Service Center
250 S Fourth St.

You can still sign up for one of the CSAs by contacting the farm of your choice. Use the chart below to find the CSA that best meets your needs. Make sure to sign up soon.

CSA members pay for the entire season of produce up front or in installments, which helps the farmers cover their growing costs. You will need to pay the entire cost of your CSA; there are no City subsidies available. The price varies by farm depending on the number of deliveries and the amount of produce delivered.
