Pro tips: Business card contact information

Follow these tips to ensure that your City business cards project a positive, professional image.

Email addresses

Use all lowercase letters, and triple-check your spelling.

In numbered addresses, abbreviate Avenue (Ave.), Boulevard (Blvd.) and Street (St.). Always spell out Parkway, Circle, Highway, etc. Cardinal and ordinal directions (north, south, east, west, southeast, southwest, etc.) should also be abbreviated (N., S., E., W., SE, SW, NE, etc.). Spell out "first" through "ninth"; use figures thereafter.

Proof your information

Triple-check the spelling of email address, URLs and addresses.
