How to order printed City letterhead and envelopes
You may now order printed versions of the City’s newly updated letterhead and envelopes. The letterhead style and paper stock were refreshed as part of the City’s new graphic standards to project a more modern, cohesive image.
To place your first order, email Cheryl Boe in Communications. She will format your printed letterhead and envelopes to follow the new standards. She requests a minimum of 48-hours' notice, but please provide as much notice as possible. Include the following in your email:
- What you want to order (color or black-and-white letterhead, color or black-and-white envelopes).
- Who authorized the order (such as a manager or your department’s purchasing representative).
- What will be printed on the ordered item.
o Department name.
o Division (optional).
o Telephone number (for letterhead only).
Cheryl will send you a mock-up of the materials to approve. Once you approve the file and receive the print-ready version, you will then email it to the Document Solutions Center with your order form. Printed letterhead and envelopes may only be printed by the Document Solution Center and cannot be ordered through external vendors. Follow your department’s regular protocol for ordering printed letterhead and envelopes.
To minimize waste, please use all of your remaining letterhead before ordering more.
Communications has provided electronic versions of the updated letterhead to all departments. If you have questions about accessing your department’s electronic letterhead, check with your supervisor.
