Supervisors and managers: Sign up for training on new online reporting for work injuries and other incidents

The City will switch from paper to an online form Jan. 1 for employees to report work-related injuries, near misses, internal air quality issues and ergonomics issues. The online form will replace the worker’s compensation form currently used to report work-related injuries.

Training available

Supervisors and any other employees who help file these reports can sign up for training to learn about the online tool. Risk Management employees are available to train:

To sign up for training, email Curt.Fernandez@minneapolismn.gov with the date you are interested in and the times you are available. Training will be in the first floor training room at the Towle Building, 330 Second Ave. S.
