Use the new IT Service Desk number starting Nov. 30

The IT Service Desk will start taking calls at its new number at 6 a.m. Monday, Nov. 30. Get technology help by dialing 612-673-2525; if you’re at your desk, all you’ll need to dial is 2525.

You can also start exploring the new IT Service Desk website at citytalk/ITServiceDesk that day. Check out the “Get Answers” database and all the other new ways to engage the IT Department to get services and report problems.

IT services fair

The new IT Service Desk is one of many changes underway in the IT Department. To learn more, attend the IT Services Fair from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 9, in the City Hall Rotunda. All IT divisions will be on hand to share information about the ways the department can help the City work better.
