“Kim responds quickly and efficiently to requests with great customer service. I sent in a high-priority requisition Aug. 13 and she had a purchase-order number for me in less than an hour. I understand there were other factors involved, but they all started with her and her ability to prioritize and pay attention to my needs as her customer.
“At least three times in the past year, Kim has been astute enough to recognize that my blanket purchase order was running low on money, and that I would need to act on that information before more invoices came due. Because of her foresight and ability to pay attention and keep track of this data, she saved me a lot of time and better enabled us to pay our invoices on time, creating a win-win situation for all parties.
“Kim always warns me when she will be out of the office so I can better plan my activities, and she always tries to share her knowledge of current policies and procedures so I can better perform my tasks.
“These examples demonstrate how she shows me that I am valued and how she improves productivity within my division. She definitely improves morale for my division, too, because we know we can depend on her to get us what we need and in a timely manner. She is a wonderful asset to the City’s Finance and Property Services Department and to the Central Requisitions Division.”
