Human Resources launches learning, development for managers, supervisors

Human Resources launched a collection of learning and development opportunities to give managers and supervisors the tools, resources and support to manage a diverse workforce and promote equity and fairness in hiring. Supervisor U is specifically designed for City supervisors and managers regardless of their title or level within the organization. Sessions aim to align City workforce practices withthe City’s value of creating fair and just opportunities and outcomes for all.City leaders and current supervisors provided input on the topics included in SupervisorU and helped shape course content.

Take these new courses if your job responsibilities include hiring, directing the work of others, and ensuring others have the resources and support to be productive.
