Development Coordinator Kesha Campagna nominated Schaubschlager for high quality customer service:
“I had the pleasure of working temporarily side by side with Schaubschlager at the permit counter last week. As a customer service representative I, he takes most walk-in customers, handles phone inquiries and processes permit transactions. I've watched Schaubschlager work with impatient customers, and by the time they left, they were satisfied with the service and his knowledge to be able to understand their situation. He greeted each person with enthusiasm, was sure to ask whether he could help with anything else once the initial transaction was complete and never failed to thank them immensely for their business in the City of Minneapolis.
“Schaubschlager always has a positive attitude, a kind smile and warm greetings for his coworkers, but the way he interacts with our customers at the permit counter is nothing short of impressive. He is definitely a huge asset to the service center and our team, and I am pleased to work with someone with such a positive attitude.
“Our Citywide ELMS training has caused our service center to be extremely short staffed, yet throughout this time Schaubschlager has handled the increased workload with calm, consistent high quality service as a relatively new member of the team.
“Schaubschlager 's positive attitude inspired me to improve my customer service skills.”
