Thank you for your work preparing for the Enterprise Land Management System
City leaders thank the hundreds of employees who have been engaged in designing, testing, and training for the new Enterprise Land Management System (ELMS). Watch a special thank you video from the mayor.
ELMS went live Nov. 14. During the next weeks, staff will continue to receive onsite technical training and support from our vendor as they ramp up their familiarity and user skills to better help our customers using the new system.
ELMS brings together multiple technologies allowing permitting, licensing, inspections and plan review all one system. It replaces several outdated, unsupported, inefficient systems at the City, including KIVA (the permitting, licensing and inspections system) and Digital Health (the health inspections system). The new software will integrate with several other City systems, providing an enterprise view of land-related information and improving collaboration and data-sharing.
