Set up your account and health care debit card with SelectAccount
The City chose SelectAccount as the new administrator for employee flexible spending accounts (FSA), health reimbursement arrangements (HRA/VEBA) and pre-tax transportation parking benefits in 2017. The transition from WageWorks to SelectAccount is now complete, and balances in your HRA/VEBA, FSAs and pre-tax transportation accounts have been transferred from WageWorks to SelectAccount.
Follow these helpful tips to set up your account with SelectAccount:
- Update your direct deposit information and verify your account balances. Visit the Member Online Service Center at selectaccount.com. To log in, use the seven-digit ID number from your SelectAccount welcome packet mailed to your home. If you no longer have this ID number, call SelectAccount at 1-800-859-2144. Once logged in, update your direct deposit information and verify your account balances.
- Contact SelectAccount to save your HRA/VEBA funds. If you prefer to pay out of pocket for your health care expenses to save the money in your HRA/VEBA, contact SelectAccount’s customer service team at 1-800-859-2144. If you had previously elected to save the funds in your HRA/VEBA with WageWorks, you will need to contact SelectAccount to continue this setting.
- Activate your SelectAccount health care debit card. If you did not receive a new debit card or can’t find it, request a new one by contacting SelectAccount or by requesting another card on the Member Online Service Center at selectaccount.com. To order a new card, you will select “My Profile” and then “Debit Card Election.”
- Access the Member Online Service Center through your mobile device. Call SelectAccount customer service to learn how to save the site to your smartphone’s home screen.
If you can’t find what you need on the Online Member Service Center, call SelectAccount’s customer service team at 1-800-859-2144.
You still have access to your online account through WageWorks to view your claims history. To see if a claim you submitted to WageWorks wasn’t paid and needs to be resubmitted with SelectAccount, log in to your WageWorks account and review the “Claims & Activity” page. If a claim was not approved, you will need to resubmit it with SelectAccount.
