Learn how to use the new system for submitting requests for council action

The City Clerk’s Office will launch a new system in June that will change how City employees prepare, review, approve and submit requests for committee action (RCA) and other agenda items for City Council and committee meetings. Learn how to use the legislative information management system (LIMS) in upcoming trainings.

Each session will include:

Committee-specific training

LIMS trainings in March will focus on specific City Council committees and immediately follow the regularly scheduled agenda setting for each committee except for the Zoning and Planning Committee, which is not tied to agenda-setting meetings. The training dates and locations:

Department-specific training

LIMS trainings in the first half of April will focus on specific departments. Watch for invites from the City Clerk’s Office.

General training

LIMS trainings in the second half of April and in May will be open to all employees on a first-come, first-served basis:
