Track your healthy behaviors to earn up to 200 points

You deserve credit for healthy behavior, and you’ll get that credit when you log your activities using the Track tool at Use Track to record what you do each day to exercise, eat healthy and find balance in your life, and you’ll earn up to 200 points in the 2017 employee wellness program.

You’ll need to hit 500 on your daily wellness meter in the Track module to earn a point for the day. It’s a good idea to begin self-reporting your healthy behaviors now, because you can only self-report activities from the previous 30 days. If you start tracking today, you can still earn more than 175 points in the employee wellness program by Aug. 31 and up to 200 points by Dec. 31. Points earned by Aug. 31 are good toward the 300 required for discounted health insurance premiums next year, and points earned by Dec. 31 are good toward gift cards.

How to self-report with Track

Automatically earn points by syncing devices and apps

Take the work out of tracking your daily physical activities by automatically uploading them from a variety of mobile apps and personal devices such as Fitbit, Fitbug, Garmin, Jawbone, MapMyFitness, Moves, Runkeeper or Withings. To sync a device or app:

Every day you track more than 5,000 steps, you’ll earn a point in the employee wellness program. It is recommended that you check your account periodically (at least once a month) to make sure it is syncing properly.

2017 employee wellness program

When you earn 300 points in the employee wellness program by Aug. 31, 2017, you’ll qualify for the discounted wellness rate on your 2018 health insurance premiums. (In 2016, savings on the insurance premiums are about $400 a year for a single person and $1,200 a year for a family.) You will also receive a $20 gift card for every 100 points you earn in the program up to a maximum of $100 for 500 points. You have until Dec. 31, 2017, to earn 500 points and all of the gift cards available.
