Human Resources offers Supervisor U learning and development courses specifically designed for City supervisors and managers regardless of their titles or levels within the organization. Take these courses if your job responsibilities include hiring, directing the work of others, and ensuring others have the resources and support they need to be productive. 

The courses aim to align City workforce practices with the City’s value of creating fair and just opportunities and outcomes for all. City leaders and supervisors provided input on the topics and helped shape course content.

Courses

All classes take place in Room 101 at the City of Lakes building. Enroll in these courses in COMET. Anyone whose job responsibilities include hiring, directing the work of others, and ensuring others have the resources and support they need to be productive are welcome to attend regardless of job title or level within the organization.
