29% Club to hold panel discussion Aug. 29
The 29% Club will be hosting a panel discussion Tuesday, Aug. 29 featuring women leaders from the City. Minneapolis City Council President Barb Johnson, Chief Human Resources Officer Patience Ferguson and Civil Rights Director Velma Korbel will share their thoughts and advice for women working at the City and answer questions about their own experiences. The discussion will be moderated by Deputy City Coordinator Nuria Rivera-Vandermyde. The event will be held from noon-1 p.m. in City Hall Room 319. Everyone is welcome.
