Coming Soon: New HR Service Now Platform

City employees who need assistance with benefits, classification, and other human resource topics will soon be able to ask questions, obtain information, and submit forms through HR Service Now. The new online platform, launching Tuesday, Oct. 3, will offer a more streamlined approach to inquiries. Instead of sending an email to a generic account, employees will be able to access a secure portal to ask questions and upload documents that will be routed to the correct person for more efficient service. The launch of this new HR service delivery platform is a direct result of feedback received from the employee engagement survey.
