Test work station furniture for Public Service Building and City Hall renovation project

An important step in the Public Service Building and City Hall renovation project is to select furnishings. Your input is very important in the process. Three manufacturers are bringing equipment to City Hall Room 111 June 17-28 for your test. You can register for a 45-minute session to view and test work stations in COMET.

After you examine and try the equipment you will be asked to answer a short questionnaire. Your feedback will help determine who the City will contract with to manufacture the furnishings. The furnishings selected are not just for the Public Service Building but may become the standard for City Hall and other City buildings. Watch this video for more information.

Register in COMET

Log in to COMET and Click “Learning and Development.” Enter the keywords “furniture tour” in the search, and enroll in the time slot you want. There are general sessions open to all employees and reserved sessions for specific departments/divisions/teams. Information about reserved sessions will be shared by department/division/team leadership.
