When should I select:
Theft from Motor Vehicle
Use when property was stolen from the motor vehicle, whether vehicle was damaged or not during the theft.
For example …
- a laptop computer is stolen from your car while vehicle was left unlocked and unattended (theft but no damage).
- the rear passenger side window is smashed in and several items are taken (theft and damage).
The system will prompt you for descriptions of the vehicle and the damaged or missing property items.
