Phone Harassment
Phone harassment, including obscene phone calls, may be reported by calling Mpls
311 or going to your respective
precinct to make your report (reports may not be made by phone to your precinct). If you are unsure which precinct you are in, you may enter your address and look it up here:

The "Do Not Call List" law allows Minnesota consumers who do not want to be contacted by telemarketers to register their phone numbers on a Do Not Call list. Additional information may be obtained from the State of Minnesota website.
