How Can I Reduce my Stormwater Fee?

The Stormwater Credit Program gives incentives to implement effective stormwater management practices.

Credits are available in two ways: stormwater quality and stormwater quantity. The program offers ways to reduce their stormwater utility fee by implementing stormwater practices to manage their property’s stormwater quality or quantity.

Note that maximum credits are cumulative and cannot exceed 100% credit.

Due to the difficulty of conducting field inspections of Best Management Practices during the winter, the City will not be accepting new stormwater credit applications after December 31, 2018.  The application period will re-open in Spring 2019.  If you have any questions, please contact Danielle Schumerth at 612-673-2226.
