Who gets Minneapolis tap water?
Along with providing high-quality drinking water to Minneapolis, we also supply some suburbs with our water. Roughly 20 percent of the drinking water we produce goes to seven cities. Three of those cities (Crystal, Golden Valley and New Hope) make up the Joint Water Commission. In addition, Minneapolis provides water to the Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport and Fort Snelling State Park.
