SnOasis Parking

A snOasis is a parking lot or ramp that allows folks to get their cars off the street (at a free or reduced rate) during the first night Snow Emergency parking restrictions are in place (the first night of snow emergency parking restrictions runs from 9 p.m. until 8 a.m.).

Currently, there are two parking ramps available at or near the University of Minnesota Minneapolis campus that offer parking during the first night of a Snow Emergency.
