Street Sweeping Schedule Lookup

The Street Sweep Schedule Lookup Tool will go live a couple of days prior to the start of the spring and fall street sweeps each year and remain an active application for the duration of the sweep.

Street Sweep Schedule Lookup Tool

The fall 2009 sweep begins Tuesday, Oct. 27 and will run through mid-November. The Street Sweep Lookup Tool will go live the weekend of Oct. 24.

Type in an address, or select a neighborhood, to see a map. The map will show street-by-street information at one of the following levels of detail:

  • Streets to be swept “this” week. If a street is scheduled to be swept during the current week, the map will show the day and date the street will be swept.
  • Streets to be swept in an upcoming week. If the street is NOT scheduled for current week, the map will indicate in which upcoming week it is scheduled. Check back during the indicated week to look up the actual day.
  • Streets that have already been swept. If a street has been swept, the map will show this status. Be aware that this information will be updated on the next business day following a day of sweeping (streets swept on Friday will be updated on Monday).
  • Streets that are “unscheduled.” Some streets – busy downtown streets, for example – do not require that cars be moved. These streets are often swept during the night or multiple times. The map will show if a street segment is designated as “unscheduled” for the street sweep program.

Important!

The schedule dates shown can sometimes change due to weather or other unforeseen factors. The map will be updated to reflect any changes so please check back just prior to your scheduled day, or if it appears that your street was not swept as scheduled.

Also note that streets may be posted for no parking for a variety of other reasons, such as street repairs, emergencies, tree trimming, water or sewer line work, or normal permanent parking restrictions. These other factors or events are not reflected here. People are always responsible to be aware of any parking restrictions, and move their vehicles when needed.
