Starting a Local Food Business

The City of Minneapolis has prepared a guide to starting a local food business in the city. It has been produced for use by local food entrepreneurs interested in using the funding and technical assistance available through the pilot Homegrown Business Development Center – a partnership between the Minneapolis Department of Community Planning and Economic Development and the Metropolitan Consortium of Community Developers.
